  • It is an August Saturday on a 110 degree day and our air conditioner has quit working. It is very hot in our house to say the least! We have lived here for over 20 years and have used Chas Roberts for all of that time because they installed the original air conditioning unit. We tried to get one of their techs out this afternoon to fix the air as it is impossibly hot in the house. We have four pets that can not be in this heat, not to mention how uncomfortable we are as well. We were told that someone could be here Monday afternoon at 4:30 pm...48 hours from now!!! While it is certainly not acceptable to have to wait for 48 hours to get help, I find it hard to believe anyone would even suggest it. Not only that, but they didn't offer us a possible alternative, which would have gone a long way to change how I feel about Chas Roberts as a company. We called George Brazil and one of their techs arrived 3 hours after our call. Wonderful customer service! Please don't write the company "we're so sorry" response. I don't want to hear it.
