  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased the Living Social coupon expecting to get a full A/C tuneup including freon as the coupon stated. Instead, the technician came out (was very rude) and did NOTHING except tell us that an entire A/C system would be required. We requested for him to clear the condensation lines and add the necessary freon. He refused saying it would do no good. So I paid $60 for them to make a SALES CALL and do NONE of the services outlined on the coupon. I called another company that came out, added 2 pounds of freon to my upstairs unit and 3 pounds to the downstairs unit, cleared the condensation lines, installed new filters, etc. The units have now been operating flawlessly. When I asked for a manager from Penguin Air to call me, I was told someone would get right back to me. It's been 3 months and they don't return my calls. I requested a refund on the $60 I paid for the Living Social coupon since they performed NONE of the services I paid for. Again, nothing. This is a SCAM.
