  • I would give this dealership no stars if possible. Purchased three vehicles with this dealership the past four years and the only pleasant experience you seem to get is when you are browsing the lot. The service department like any dealership over charges for every service. They will email you periodically but then the vast majority of VW are excluded from the offers. For example, an email saying they want me to come back and get services from them 29.99 oil/filter/tire rotation to find out yeah that's not for you. If you are reading this review and get that offer you are actually going to pay around $90 so three times the amount for only a couple more dollars worth of oil if you buy it at Autozone or similar retailer. You have my vehicles in your database why would you send me an offer that my vehicles aren't eligible? Simple solution write a script excluding vehicle models when exciting your marketing campaign. I know it's possible and would take a short amount of time. This is all of top of them voiding any warranty work on the second vehicle because the sales person miss quoted what the warranty covers. Speaking of which never buy their tire warranty as you pay roughly ~1500 for a 5 year warranty which discount tire charges ~15 a tire with less restrictions. Please take me out of your database as I doubt I will ever do business with your dealership when it's time to upgrade. Quoted an hour - hour and half max (worst case scenario) took approximately an hour and fifty minutes so just a little over their worst case scenario estimate. Then quoted me $280 dollars to replace a $50 OEM cable, seriously!? I can't even trust the work as the paperwork has inaccurate information throughout. Great waste of my morning and money, thanks!
