This has to be one of worst customer service interactions I have received all year or maybe in a very long time.
I went inside of this location to redeem an iced coffee email to make things easier (which I thought was a good idea). I waited over two minutes to just place my order while witnessing over 5 people working. I understand how busy it can get so no big deal until my order was forgotten and I was left there standing.
When I finally placed my order for a plain black iced coffee, I waited for them to make it. I watched over 3 other people have their orders taken and being handed their drinks while I stood there for over 10 minutes to get my simple iced coffee. My order was forgotten about which was unacceptable and it took a supervisor to ask me if I was waiting for anything because I knew the look on my face was not friendly at that point since I was just about to walk out without my drink.
There could have been so many things they could have done, especially when I saw the person who took my order not even recognize I was waiting while I was only a few feet away him. They could have offered me something besides I'm so sorry about that.
I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts or recommending it to anyone, rather I will be telling people about this bad customer experience for not that good coffee.
