  • Is this even a real company? I seriously don't think so. I stupidly purchased a $29 living social deal for tile and grout cleaning. I was happy to schedule online an appointment for 2 days later. I got a confirmation email, in which they gave a 4-hour window (noon to 4). I took that scheduled afternoon off work, moved all of my furniture off of the tile, and waited. At 2pm I hadn't been contacted, and there was no sign of them, so I called the number listed in the confirmation email. I reached a rude voice mail message, a girl with a gravely voice that said something like, "Schedule your appointment at cleantilearizona.com." Zero greeting, zero helpfulness--just one brash sentence. Very sketchy! I left a message and of course I got no return call. I waited til 4, and then went on with my day. They never contacted me at all. I checked out their website and it looks like a fake façade of a business. So I promptly requested a refund for my Living Social coupon. I think this place is a total scam.
