  • I wish I could say I had a great experience here like all the other reviews but that's not the case. My friend wanted me to try this place since she raves about how good it was and I wasn't opposed to it. She made the appointment for both of us. As soon as we got there, the techs were pressed for time because they were booked. I made it a point I didn't want to be there three hours so I had two ladies working simultaneously on my gel fill and pedicure. The pedicure was nice when she was done, but I already need to get another one just 4 days later since I have two huge chips on my toes. My nails... Where do I start? The shaping is way off, some are way longer than others, they are chipping and the gel turned colors the next day. I don't think the technicians are bad at their job, I think the salon needs better supplies. I wanted white gel and the lady tried three different gels because they weren't giving the smooth coverage they should have. While she keep having to file off all the gel and reapply with two other techs around to try to help her figure out the problem, the owner of the salon walked up. I'm thinking oh she's going to help... NO. She's only came over to tell my tech her next appt time. Smh... On top of all this I wanted four chrome nails, which I paid an extra $12 for. I figured I might as well, if I hate the way they look, at least try and cover up the white. Should've just walked out at this point but I tipped and left. Waste of time and money.
