  • I had my first experience with Snooze when I was in Denver last year so was thrilled to see that there were several in the Phoenix area on a recent trip! And, seeing as how I won't get my fix until my next trip out west in May, I made the most of it with a pancake flight (blueberry Danish, pineapple upside down cake and molten chocolate lava). Seriously the best gluten free pancakes EVER and the pineapple upside down was hands down the favorite. Also, I love that they have gluten free toast for the benedicts, and that you can mix and match. I got the Bella Benny and one with lox. Perfectly seasoned everything, and my only regret is again, that there isn't one in my hometown. If you don't have a Snooze near you, you owe it to yourself to make a trip when you find one near!
