| - Run! Don't turn back. Run now!
This company cares nothing about the quality of the groomers at work. I am not a fussy owner. But for $75 plus at least $10 tip, for a small dog, I want my dog to look nice. If they're going to leave sections of his coat looking like they took scissors and just cut four inches across, anybody would notice that ,and say no please fix that. If you ask the groomer to finish the dog's haircut correctly, they will notate you as being a bad client. So everybody wants to be paid, but most don't want to care about the quality of their work. The person who answers the phone is the owner, and she will side with the bad groomer. My advice, find yourself a local person whether they have a grooming business or not, who is reasonably priced, who treat your dog well, and who cares about the quality of their work.
These kinds of owners who put blinders on, and you refuse to be the leadership to set the right standard of job, should not be in business. I am a business owner. And this is not how I roll.
Apparently, the dog grooming business has so much in customers that they can afford to be this in denial, and perhaps arrogant. Take my advice and run!
