  • My wife was the first to use this store. I was with her when Kathy assisted her. Kathy was absolutely extraordinary in her knowledge and service. I then decided to get new glass, yep getting old and needed bifocals. The exam was immediately done with no waiting. Dr Hellman was both professional and knowledgeable. No pressure to get any other services that were offered. She discussed those services with me and when I decline, she moved right on and completed my exam. Deirdre help me select my new frames and sunglasses. She was again a total delight to work with. Deidre informed me of the scratch protection plan offered and described it so throughly, that at such a low cost I purchased it, never any pressure to get it. When I picked up my order, it arrived a day early and Kathy called to let me know they were in. When I got to the store to pick them up. I tried on both pairs, no adjustments were necessary, but Kathy took the time to ask me question about how each pair felt on my face. We will be using this store in the future without hesitation.
