  • Came into this location for first time a month ago. Kayla was sweet, kind, professional, and most importantly, helpful. I prefer this location: many of the girls on King Street overrate themselves with snooty answers to politely asked questions (caveat: I dress well, apply makeup properly, do extensive research on the brands and have spent a couple grand over the past two years (complete overhaul of toxic, chemical-laden makeup collection)). I always walk in with a smile with patience regarding being helped. For some reason though at the King Street location, almost all the representatives have attitude. This doesn't align with Detox Market's core values. In fact, I wrote CS about this and instead of an apology, was given excuses. So, I flipped my sh*t and now only order online... unless in Yorkville.
