Recently booked a 5 day vacation for my wife to get away. She loved the property and initially the staff was great. However, upon checkout, she was charged for an expensive spa visit even though she never went to the spa. I told her that this was an upscale place and to speak with management, yet so far they have refused to reverse the charge. So at this moment this resort has stolen money from me and refused to pay it back. Check the cameras, check the signature, I don't care, but do not steal from your customers.
UPDATE It took a while and multiple phone calls, but the charge has been reversed.
