  • Our AC stopped working the day after I gave birth to my baby at home. It was pretty warm outside so it made our house very uncomfortable to stay in, especially considering we had a newborn! We called MTB Mechanical and they came to check things out. Told us the fix would normally be like over $700, but since we hadn't been informed by our builder of maintenance services available to our area, they gave us a break. We signed up for their service for $20 a month, and in exchange they fixed our AC for no additional charge. Such an awesome deal, and the guy was honest and helpful. I never once felt like I was being conned out of money or anything like that. And we haven't had any problems since!
