Like the other reviewer, I also had a less-than-steller experience at this clinic. (To clarify, I saw Dr. Hamilton rather than Dr. Clarfield. According to my family doctor, Dr. Clarfield is apparently the more-experienced practitioner in the clinic.)
My main complaints:
--The doctor seemed distracted by other things during the appointment - e.g. the secretaries opened the door to interrupt with un-related questions, and at one point she left to make a phone call about another patient.
--When I went back for my follow-up, I had to remind her why I was there. Granted, it had been a month and a half and of course they see a ton of patients, but it was clear that she hadn't taken any notes during the initial appointment.
--Her explanation of my bloodwork was extremely confusing and unclear. If a doctor is able to order bloodwork, you'd think they would be able to explain that it means.
