  • Outstanding customer service. I had a leaking toilet, so I called Jon. He was able to work around my crazy work schedule to send a plumber out at 7:30 in the morning. About 7:15am, the plumber - Aaron - called me to let me know that he was stuck in traffic and he was going to be a little late. I thoroughly appreciated that he called to let me know he was running late and to give me a new ETA instead of just showing up late. When Aaron arrived, he was knowledgeable, quick, and educational. He listened to my explanation of the problem, identified the source of the leak, fixed the issue swiftly, and then took the time to explain the work he did so I would understand his work completely. After he finished, he cleaned up, and issued me an electronic invoice (something that I particularly appreciated). 5-star service and a properly functioning toilet - what more can you want in life?!
