  • I've Only dealt with nicklin briefly but the whole experience left a bad taste. They were not very accommodating and didn't seem to care about us or our needs at all. I'm a student moving to las Vegas to attend UNLV and nicklin acted like they've never dealt with students or people moving from out of town before. Amy was nice over the phone but it wasn't enough for me to stay with this company to find an apartment. She seemed really eager to be done with me and send me on my way. Please they were pretty rude to my boss when they called to verify my income and asked some off topic questions. How on earth is whether or not I get paid vacation relevant to me living in one of their propeties? Not stoked on these guys, use a different company if you get the choice!
