  • I have ordered here a few times, the food is usually okay, but there's much better options in medina. The service is AWFUL. I've ordered delivery from them and they forget to bring things, and it's really slow. It usually takes almost an hour. Once they forgot egg rolls, and when we called they said they were "too busy" to get us them. When they forgot our dumplings, they said "how do we know you're not lying" and literally hung up on me, and when I called back and said they hung up on me, they said "yeah, what do you want" and then told me I'd have to come to the restaurant and pick them up, and when I got there and expressed we were unhappy with the way she treated me on the phone, she said she never said that and that it was her son I talked to. And they still didn't give us the sauce for them. Terrible customer service!
