  • Our first try at an Italian restaurant in our new neighborhood and unfortunately, not my favorite. Homey and old school Italian feel with a friendly bar that might be fun to hang out at, though. The food however was what I would call American Italian and nothing to sing about. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan and I found the eggplant to be a bit spongy - which is a no-no for me. My Chicken Piccata was swimming in sauce and the Caesar salad dressing was nothing special. Service was gracious and quick. Unfortunately not a winner for me though.
