  • Horrible customer service. Called to speak to someone about cancelling my service and the woman was rude and very nasty with an attitude. I emailed and gave my 30 day cancellation notice and she very curtly asked if I got my auto-confirmation receipt of emailing them (which I hadn't) and she was so rude stating then they hadn't received it and when asking if I spelled the email address correctly (still in a smart ass tone of voice and being very condescending) to which I said yes and forwarded the email to her. She never apologized for her tone of voice or the way she rudely talked to me and when I asked to speak to a manager about the cancellation policy she quickly said she was and there was nothing she could do in regards to my account. I will never spend any money at any beach body ever again and I will never recommend the company to anyone, and in fact discourage people from tanning with this company. Worst customer service ever!
