I paid them for a diagnostic, and was expecting a detailed list of things to deal with on my truck. I made it very clear to them that I need this list, so that I can start budgeting for the repairs. They said they understood ... what I got back was a report that said I have bald tires and broken mirror (I already knew that) and for that, they charged me $140.
The next day, I decided that I wanted my money back and send an email asking for a refund, and explaining why. What I got back was a string of emails about how nice and great their shop is, as if I am supposed to feel better about being taken, knowing they have fresh coffee and a courtesy shuttle. That string of emails ended with the owner trying to convert me to his religion and inviting me to come listen to his wife and himself, preach to me about the wonders of god.
I did get my money back though, but I regret ever going there in the first place.
