Emergency entrance staff, rude, direct with no understanding, no bedside manner whatsoever.
Phlebotomists in the ER, very unprofessional, says she has been doing this for many, many years and knows exactly what she is doing, even though she is constantly moving a needle looking for several minutes. When told why not try a hand instead she states she says as long as the patients is not complaining them she will keep trying. The was 87 you were taught in those days not to complain. I told hep to please try the hand, this is where the other Phlebotomists was able to do this a few days earlier. She then stated that a blood test was different than an iv. I then informed her that this was true and this was what she had has a few days earlier. She tried the hand and the first try was successful..
