So I have a "membership" which doesn't seem to help in securing appointments. It's always hard to even book an appointment, they're always so busy. But when you do they do not mind calling the day of and telling you your therapist called in sick or isn't coming for work. This has happened to me multiple times where they cancel and don't feel the need to try and accommodate. I was told today that the only thing g available as an alternate for my 10am appointment that THEY cancelled was a 8pm! Ok people respect the client, this was my only day off and my birthday, if I wanted to come in at night I would've booked that to begin with. It's not so much the cancelling multiple times which don't get me wrong is bad but the lack of even trying to fit you in. If she said "look I'm sorry, we'll try to find you something else for today" I would've felt a lot better! Like at least pretend to care that you messed up my day completely. I don't understand the benefits to membership if this is how they do business. The girl sounded annoyed when I told her I couldn't take the evening appointment and requested something earlier!
