  • Dr Cortez is just down right amazing. I went in yesterday for treatment of Serotonin Syndrome (something I suffer with due to being VERY sensitive to medications) and he listened to me. Truly listened to me. I actually cried because he was the first doctor to truly understand the pain I was going through, and took the necessary procedures to calm my pain, and even get my heart rate down, and in better shape. The nurse who took care of me was very sweet. I believe her name was K. Sanderson. She too listened to how I was feeling, and helped me drink fluids to ensure I could go home, and they didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience or just seeking drugs at all. Being as sick as I get at my young age a lot of doctors and nurses instantly look down upon you as some junkie, but not here. Love the people here. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
