Things to expect living here:
1) ridiculously high power bills - place bleeds heat / cold. A power bill for 2 people was always over $100 a month, over $200 a month in summer months. AC or heater (depending on season) will run almost always due to inability to retain the set temperature.
2) thin walls - you can hear your neighbors talking, their TV; pretty much anything they do when they are active.
3) shoddy craftsmanship - price of rent is way too high for the crappy quality of the build. Crickets everywhere inside during warmer months. They come through the drain pipes. Composite wood cabinetry with a cheap plastic overlay. Cheap Kenmore appliances. Had to pay $50 more a month just for laminate flooring in common areas instead of carpet. Good luck trying to clean the matte tiles in bathroom and laundry, they are so hard to get clean.
4) loudest AC unit ever that always runs due to point 1. Is there even any insulation beyond the walls? Is the insulation even done properly? Doubt it.
5) Common 24 Hour Notices to Enter - they have only come once out of the 6 times we got the notice in a ~ 8 month span. Pain in the butt because I don't like people entering when I am not there - we took turns working from home for their arrival to no avail. Waste of our time.
Lived here from May 2016 to end of January 2017. Only pros were location and amenities (pool, office space areas). Other than that, all else was sub-par.
