Tour itself is great and we have done it many times with our out of town guests. But this 1 star review is for their horrible customer service. I guess being the only game in town gives them the luxury to not care about their customers. We called in the morning to book our tickets but couldn't get anyone on the phone then left a message as instructed with the details. When we showed up to pick up our tickets this young girl at the counter told us they were sold out and our name wasn't on there. I explained to her that I called and left a message as instructed but instead of apologizing she continued to tell us "yes, we returned all the calls from this morning so maybe your phone didnt work or you didnt get the message. Nothing I can do, we are sold out, you can get on the next tour in 2 hours". If you work at a ticket counter your job isn't to be rude to customers but take care of them.
As most unsatisfied customers would do I contacted the company and explained what happened but never heard back from them apologizing for this rude person's behavior. So it suggests to me that this type of behavior is encouraged when you work for this company. Again they do not care but we will make sure to keep friends and family away from this tour company in the future.
