  • Being new to Arizona, I needed to find a new EVERYTHING, new salon included. After searching high and low, finally a place that meets my standards. Polished Nail Bar back home in Milwaukee set a very high bar with skilled techs, professionalism, wonderful atmosphere and cleanliness. Desert Nail spa is the closest thing I found to that here in the Phoenix area. I tried out about 12 different salons in the Scottsdale/paradise valley area until I found this one. They are newly remodeled, very chic decor. The customer service is wonderful and the techs are talented. I usually book with Lana, very sweet girl. She's a little quite and likes a very natural looking nail. If you want something a little more bold, today I had Casey. She's a doll and also very talented. She likes to hold a convo so you won't be bored ;) The only thing this place is lacking is they don't use new files and buffers on each client, so make sure you bring your own or purchase new ones there. I have noticed salons don't usually do that here, but I guess I was just spoiled at my last place. Even so it's still a 5 star place!
