UPDATE: I did receive a email from a Customer Service Supervisor in response to the review of Yelp. It seemed as if he was generally concerned, as he should be. I still doubt if I will return to the store which is convenient for me since I live near it, but I hope they get their issues resolved for their businesses sake. They wanted my full name because he said the district manager would like to talk to me personally. Never heard back from anyone after giving them my information. Says a lot about customer service of Sports Chalet. I didn't expect anyone to care about 1 person. But how many people have left the store with the same service but don't say anything.
