  • Scheduled a first time appointment, found out they needed to charge an extra $49 to do the service then needed to come back a month later and wasn't notified I might be charged and now they r trying to send me a bill for $60 because insurance didn't pay. They call over and over to verify appointments. Systems didn't update to reflect new appointments. Definitely disappointed and would never refer anyone to them. They do not follow through and end up charging extra for unnecessary appointments. Done
