  • At first, this place was okay. As of late, this place has become a disaster. I was given 8 sessions of personal training to make good on a horrible situation. After my 2nd session with 1 trainer, I was told when I showed up for my 3rd appointment that he "is no longer with the company". No notice was given, and it was like they were caught off guard when I showed up. So, the manager said he would train me himself...Ok, but he continually messed up appointment times and blew me off when I showed up for appointments to do administrative stuff. When I returned from vacation, I was told he "packed his bags and moved back home without notice" when I showed up for my next scheduled session, and AGAIN, wasn't told until I arrived for my appointment. Today I showed up for another session, and the THIRD trainer messed up my appointment time (how about actually LOOKING at the computer that's being used at the front desk when booking appointments??), and then the building was evacuated for some type of inspection. I GIVE UP!! The only thing this place has going for it are the XGT classes, and you can take those boot-camp style classes anywhere...They do not have their act together what so ever. I wish I hadn't paid for a whole year in advance, because I'd get my money back in a heartbeat. SAVE YOUR MONEY, and GO ELSEWHERE!! There are just too many choices.
