  • Russell- the new Assistant Manager is AWESOME! I'm currently remodeling my kitchen and was completely disappointed when I picked up my counter tops and sink. 1 of the 8ft counter tops was damaged and the sink was dented!! The counter tops could of have been ordered but the waiting time was unacceptable! Russell took his time with us, opening boxes of other sinks to check for damages and discounted the counter top. If half of the employees at Home Depot handled their customers as well as Russell did, I'd never shop at Lowe's! Thank you Home Depot for having Russell as your team member! He is what has made this customer happy!!!
