  • From the moment I walked in the line was backed up at least 4 people long on one cashier. As soon as I ordered they got my order wrong. Simply ordered 2 sausage mcmuffins for 3.33 and two coffees. I waited 25 min for those only to find out they gave me ham mcmuffin (if that's even the name). I asked the manager what's going on and replied to me rudely, I asked her what's going on with my order because I work and I need to be to work on time. (Because I waited for a messed up order I barely made it) she ignored me. I asked her where her customer service was at and she still ignored me. As I left they didn't even greet me out the door. I had too tell them to have a good day. Very poor customer service. I'm not the only one who was complaining too. Other customers were complaining for a cup of coffee they had been waiting 10 min for. To be completely honest I never submit reviews but this one I felt deserved it!!!!!!
