  • Do not waste your time with this establishment. This was my second time at this location, because I think everyone deserves a second chance. I should have just gone with my gut feeling about how horrible this one would be as well. My first massage was with Suzanne. She was 25 minutes late to work that day and I was her first client. She attempted to call out, as I heard her manager tell her she didn't have anyone to cover her, and they were booked for the day. They assured me that I would get the full hour that I paid for, but after a cold, painful and uncomfortable 45 minutes, Suzanne informed me that I was done. It was the most unpleasant massage I had ever had, and I actually felt worse over the next couple days as I was in pretty bad pain. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Sky. Just as I thought it couldn't be worse than my last time, I left halfway through on the verge of tears, shaking uncontrollably at how much frustration and rage I had inside of me. Sky started out great. She rambled a lot in her native tongue, but if that was the only thing I had to ignore I would have been in a good place. She finished my back and began working on my arms. A couple minutes in, she started talking about the light spots I had on my upper arms. I was diagnosed with psoriasis a year ago, had a bad outbreak, went on medication and it has now cleared on 98% of my body. If all I have is some light discoloration for the rest of my life, I'm okay with that. More than okay, but elated at the condition it is in now, versus 10 months ago. I told Sky that it was an auto immune disease and NOT contagious. That's when she began arguing with me and telling me that it was in fact contagious and I should "go see doctor". She went back to speaking in her native tongue, then back to English to tell me that she is now itching. She then left the room and told me she had to talk to someone about me making her itch. I put my clothes on as calmly as possible, left the room and went to the woman she was talking to to inform her of my non contagious auto immune disease and how horrible of a time I've had there twice now. No one seemed phased by my experience. I hope you can educate your staff, and get your shit together sooner than later, with customer service like yours, your establishment will undoubtedly fail.
