  • Calling all contract remodelers... There is big business to be had at the Renaissance downtown. Where to start? Yes I know it is an old building but that doesn't excuse dirty bathroom tubs and floors. You can spruce up the lobby all you want but the overpowering cherry and coconut air fresheners on the 7th floor were cheap and disgusting smelling. Air is still controlled on the unit, no thermostat. Sinks and shower heads are old, furniture looks old and beat up. Carpet is worn. Needs some major TLC.
