  • Took the In-laws for 5 night stay here and got a wraparound Terrace Suite room 4501 and connecting room 4503. Total was around 3k. Room service never cleaned our rooms even thou we called and requested a room cleaning. It disappointing when you come back to your room and it's not cleaned. There was cigarette burns in the carpet of a non smoking room. I thought they said we get a fridge included with the kitchen but what they don't tell you is it's full of their stuff so no room for your own food. Not the mini bar fridge I mean the kitchen one is full of non complementary items. Also someone next to our balcony was so drunk and was screaming bloody murder at 4am on Saturday but hey it's Vegas right. The included internet sucks. It's so slow that you can't watch any type of video like your home security camera, Skype, Snapchat etc. You have pay more to upgrade the internet to get anything to work other then email or messaging. Come on really Cosmo with the highest resort fee in Las Vegas $33.60 with tax you can't include faster internet.
