After emailing both owners two days ago and calling and leaving a message yesterday, still no reply. Just tried to call again and goes to voice mail again. I don't know how you run a service business when you don't reply to emails or calls. Very unfortunate!
As an update, the owners did end up calling me back later the same day I posted this review. We did give them the opportunity to quote the job along with another company I found on Yelp, but they ended up being more expensive for the same product so we went with the other company. They did email and felt my review was not fair and that as a small business they respond as quickly as they can, but as a small business owner myself, I feel that if you cant respond in 24 hours or less you will have a hard time building a business. I wish them nothing but success!
