  • From the moment my family and I walked in (5 of us) the gentleman in the front was extremely rude and impatient. Not just to us but other people who walked in the door as well. A group after us looked stunned at his attitude and his attitude sent a third group of girls out and they actually verbally commented on it before walking out. It was his tone and his word choice he used that just made us want to walk out. He made a little kid turn off his low volume completely as well to a show he was watching while his mom got her nails done. The rest of the staff kept us there. The other workers were so sweet and kind. Just the one gentleman in the front was unwelcoming. Continuing, a woman was at the front desk on a phone cal before checking in and the gentleman just stared at her and said "are you gonna talk?" And she apologized and said she was waiting for him to offer service or greet her or something. He said she needs to get off the phone in order for that to happen but again, said it extremely rude to where she just shut down and he just ignored her after.
