  • Worst service ever! Went through the drive-thru this evening. Ordered a meal for my kids, was told I couldn't substitute a side, so i told the order taker i would order a different meal. As I proceeded to order she said "would you just hold on a minute", i said "absolutely, better yet i will just go somewhere else" so i backed out of the drive-thru and headed to Canes....their food is better anyway.
