  • Serge promptly responded to my request and offered to come out immediately! He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Told me exactly what was going on and what needed to be done, along with assuring me the rest of the unit looked perfect. He had diagnosed the issue quickly and had the part replaced and our air blowing at 59 degrees within 30 minutes of arriving. Definitely recommend these guys and will be using them for all future HVAC related needs. Couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience.
