I received a home warranty with the purchase of my home and I am writing this review as result of two experiences with Platinum. The first experience is when my air conditioner quit in the middle of the summer and I fought with them to get someone out to check out the system within the 24 hour window, which they are suppose to do per the contract. Well they didn't come within 24 hours but far worst, they took 6 days to fix the AC by replacing the blower motor. My second experience (six months later) was in the winter when the heater quit and again they told me they couldn't send anyone to check it out for 36 hours. I had to remind them of their contractual obligation to send someone out within 24 hours after which they did send someone out that day only to inform me that the blower motor was once again bad and it would take 5 days to fix it. Its now been 5 days and I still don't have heat!
