rev:text	I have to amend my previous review because they did reach out to me to offer me a resolution. I ended up with great services at about the same price I was paying. I am a bit upset because I thought I was receiving dvr service and am paying for a dvr box but don't actually have the ability to record. I was impressed that someone actually contacted me to make it right. Now let's work on getting cox speeds on par with century link and I would be completely happy.
