  • I used to love this Dunkin Donuts but the last few times I had horrible experiences. I get horrible service. I found myself repeating my order two or three times and when I get to the window it's still wrong. Also my coffee doesn't taste like coffee. I feel like I am drinking a cup of creamer. On one occasion I asked them to remake it and if came out the exact same way. They need to really change what they are doing. I keep going with the hope one day I will get the Dunkin it used to be.
