  • Horrible company!! I had them come out to give an estimate for a pool heater that was covered by american home shield warranty and they reported to the warranty company that I misused my heater and caused the damage. What a crock!! I turn the heater on and off and used it for the last 18 years, never knowing there was "maintenance" that might prevent a melting or overheating issue. they could easily have told me that when they came out, so now I am stuck with a spa/pool heater that I can not afford to repair or replace. Un-professional company in every way. the technician, (manager) that came out led me to believe that I was not the cause of the damage, but reported to the warranty company the exact opposite! Liar Liar pants on fire company!!! I hope they realize they blew this big time. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to never use this company at any cost.
