  • I've tried 2 times to be seen for a pedicure/manicure here and both times I've been rudely turned away 1. Called one Sunday at 4:30pm to see if they were open, a girl answered the phone and said "yes we are open, what were you looking to get done?" I told her a pedicure - she paused and I heard some mumbling over the phone, she then went on to saying that they weren't accepting walk ins anymore, she was very short and rude. Why ask someone what they want to get done and then turn away business! You close at 5! 2. Walked in at 5:45pm for a quick pedicure and was sent out the door within the first 10 seconds. I didn't even pick up the pen to sign in. The guy there asked me what I wanted to get done, before I could even finish the word "pedicure" he rudely looked at clock and said without acknowledging me - mind you, he was sitting with a client getting her nails done (rude) - "we probably won't even get to you, it's going to be a long long long wait". There were two other ladies there waiting to get their nails done and they both looked shocked at his response - I wouldn't be surprised if they walked out after me! If that's the way they treat their customers before closing hours (they close at 7pm) I don't even wanna know how inconsiderate they must be with their work. Recommendation to all my nail girls - please choose wisely where it is you go to get your nails done and never disregard quality customer service.
