  • This is absolutely the worst Insurance Agent / Company I have ever dealt with. Signed a cancellation of policy over two weeks ago and still charged premium with no refund of payment. Had to provide proof of new insurance company / policy and still no cancellation as requested. Informs us that the main insurance company is a "nightmare company to deal with" and that it's their fault. When main company is contacted they tell us it's the agent responsible. We as customer are left hanging and paying for two policies on the same vehicle. Will be contacting Legal Council to get resolution.
