  • I called Saturday morning (11/21/15) to see if I can get a last minute custom cake made for a gender reveal party. I hadn't been feeling well earlier in the week so I cancelled the party and had nothing planned, but to my surprise, Saturday I woke up feeling better so I decided to do something simple because we couldn't wait to find out the gender any longer. Neither could our friends and family! Anyway, I called the DQ in Parma before normal opening hours and the nicest associate (Zach) answered the phone. He was attentive, polite, well informed, and after consulting with the cake maker (normally they need 1 day notice ) we were able to pick up our cake that evening! It's not every day you come across nice associates, so I believe they deserve recognition when possible. Thanks Zach (and cake maker), the cake was beautiful and quite delicious!
