They lack communication with the patient. Had two appointments that were cancelled and I had no phone call or notice of it. Got to both appointments to be told sorry there was this problem and there was that problem and they rescheduled for a week after or the next day. That's BS if the next appointment I make gets canceled with out my knowledge. I will be going to a different dentist. All I want is for my teeth to get worked on not to have to keep rescheduling. Best believe if I go to a different dentist the better business bureau will be hearing from me. It is horrible service and I don't think I would be satified if they get away with it.
