  • Had problems with my Mazda 3 starting got 2 quotes that it was the alternator, spoke with Johnny Jr and he said sounds like battery. Took video of starting car he watched and was so VERY patient with me, being a female and scared of an outrageous bill. They did a thorough inspection and it was the battery, everyone was so nice could not ask for anything more. I highly recommend
