  • No one monitors the animals after hours even though they call themselves a pet resort. Our dog laid in a pool of his own blood until they were taking out the second group of dogs later in the morning. No one checked on him when they came into work in the morning and he almost died because of that. Don't trust your family members to luck which is what they are depending upon after hours. I understand no supervision after hours but no one actually works there after hours and obviously didn't check on the animals when they came in. Shame on you for not checking the animals.
