  • My husband and I went to the Camelback Williams Sonoma location to 'browse' at some coffee makers. We were fortunate to meet a knowledgable and friendly employee named Rose, who went above and beyond the service we expected. On a mildly busy weekend day, she offered to demo several different coffee makers as well as a frother I was interested in. We went home with a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric Nespresso frother, and a Cuisinart burr grinder. A few weeks later I received an unexpected follow-up call from Rose, asking how things were going with our purchases! We are extremely pleased. I recommend this location for it's outstanding customer service.
