  • Worst service that I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, it's the only service that is really available in Arizona. There is basically no one else to turn to. The connection is not as good as they portray in their advertisements. I'm interested in what will happen when another company decides to become their rival. I truly think that they will go out of business. It's possible that ANY connection is better than cox. If you have another option and live in another state choose another company!!!
