  • Came in to get a car wash and oil change and when I came to pick up my car it looked like complete crap. Still crumbs everywhere and spots on the outside of my car. But I can get passed all that considering what else I had noticed.. When I came to pick up my car I noticed there was a rip in my drivers side seat from the vacuum the used to "try" and clean the inside of my car. Once I noticed the rip I told the assistant manager Kurt about the problem and he said he would get it taken care of as soon as his manager is in on tuesday (July 5th) but ever since then I have received any type of communication from Kurt or the service manager. I have left a few voicemails and have called multiple times and still no response. I can not believe the type of behavior this dealership shows. This is something I would expect from a mediocre oil change facility. Not a Cadillac DEALERSHIP! I wish I never bought my car here and next time I will be sure to get a Cadillac from a 3rd party dealership since they have better service.
